Openserve Installer ****

I had my fibre installation by Openserve and service provider is MWEB. Openserve demanded R300.00 and my son not aware paid the money to installer. MWEB contact centre cannot transfer you to anybody senior. All I get is transferred from one department to the other. Call centre very poor service. My serious concern is I had the openserv installer cell number saved on my phone. This morning I get a call from that very same number saying to me that he is from ADT and wants access to my property. There is big **** going on and nobody wants to address the urgency of this problem.
