Only street in Brackendowns without fibre ?

I have been an Mweb suscriber for about 15 years. The constantly send me emails advertising fibre to the home, the cables have been laid on the street and connection boxes outside all the house, BUT still they cannot supply fibre in our particular street ? All the streets around us have fibre,we are the only street without. WHY ? nobody seems able to answer this question. Really ridiculous , do you have to sell your home and move just to get fibre access ?
