Only gave 4 stars because the technician on WhatsApp was friendly and helpful even though he was unable to resolve my problem
Only gave 4 stars because the technician on WhatsApp was friendly and helpful even though he was unable to resolve my problem. The MWeb app is terrible. The live chat is dead. When phoning MWeb I kept being cut off because I did not receive the OTP I am very frustrated with the overall service
