Only cares about making money, not the customer.
I had tried to cancel my Uncapped ADSL account the middle of Sept, and was told my account would be cancelled on the 1'st of Nov. I was away for the week-end, and had equipment running at home, which utilized the internet, but I wasn't concerned, since my account was to be cancelled the 1'st of Nov.

To my surprise, it wasn't. After having a chat with the accounts dept, I was told that the line migration (which I was told failed beginning of Sept), was completed the 22'nd of Sept, and \cancelled"my cancellation request. I was also told that I would be held liable for all charges for the whole of Nov. I suggested a prorated payment"
