Online portal dismissal at best

M web use to be a good company,but for the last couple of months the service has deteriorated not talking about customer service,but there actual contact details do work,there otp don't work I am surprised they still in business.I for got to top up which is a fault on my part but trying to get hold of the customer service is a bit difficult if the contact numbers don't work,I am sure they want to hide and not be found.don't know how this company survives/
