Online chat is inactive, customer care line says no longer available

The live chat function is entirely useless. I have tried to query having no wifi service after inserting a new sim and every time I open up the app and select technical support I'm left holding for an agent. Very disappointed. I tried calling customer service and am told that the number doesn't exist.
