Online billing query
Hi,
Your online query system is ridiculous, people have no people s****s it's like talking to chat bots.
I have logged a query: Ref No: MWB ********** and Its a billing query and instead of the query being investigated and addressed, the response was "system generates the billing", so I must accept that I was overcharged because your system cannot count properly?, how ridiculous is that?
Please look into this and try to find better support personnel because this is horrific.

Thank you for getting back to me, Im new to MWEB and I havent had issues with MWEB from applying for the contract to actually being approved and I was amazed by how seamless things were happening.
The main concern of mine is the online support ability to handle my queries, I had to take a simple issue here for it to be taken seriously and that is very concerning as a new client.
Please take care of existing clients as you do potential clients and you'll stand out from the rest.
