Ongoing Monthly Network Outages

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I continue to receive from Mweb. Every single month, without fail, I experience full-day network outages that leave me without WiFi for hours. This has become a repeated pattern, and yet there is no permanent solution or meaningful communication from Mweb.

These constant disruptions affect my work, productivity, and ability to run my daily activities. It is unacceptable to pay monthly for a service that does not function reliably.

What is even more frustrating is that every time I contact support, I receive the same generic responses with no long-term fix. I need Mweb to urgently investigate the root cause of these recurring issues and put a stop to this cycle of monthly downtime.
