For months now, I've been tirelessly reaching out to Mweb in an attempt to resolve the infuriating situation of having two active services on my account when I should only have one. Each month, all I hear from the call center is a demand to make a specific payment before they'll even consider addressing my issue. The ongoing need to make these calls and battle this problem has left me utterly exasperated. My product should cost me R860, yet I'm being forced to cough up R3000+.
