One month after order and no installation yet

Ordered MWEB Fibre internet (R399) uncapped on the 6th of January. It is now the 7th of February and the process that was supposed to take 2 weeks until completion has now taken more than a month. The process was slowed due to MWEB not being able to find my physical address on their system. After speaking to 4 different consultants (all extremely pleasant and professional I should add) and explaining the situation to all four, we finally found a solution to the problem. I was subsequently told it will take 10 working days until completion. That was two weeks ago. Really need someone to sort this out asap. Or let me know if I should find another network provider.
