Old loyal disappointed customer

Customer for 15yrs with 36 accounts. Poor service. I have literally been waiting for one month for a fibre line install. Mweb was very very highly recommended by me. But these days their service is sooo poor it's unbelievable. Nobody can give you any answers. I have web hosting with Afri- with multiple accounts. I will be moving all accounts with them. Very pleasent. Extreamly fast chat. Very willing to help
