Old ISP cancelled and MWEB not connected. DONT SWITCH!

My Line has been cancelled, the old router has been fetched and I am stuck working from home without internet.

This order was placed over 7 weeks ago and I was told not to contact MWEB because they will contact me. Yet I haven't received my new router and nothing has been done.
