****** of note!!!

I logged a query with mweb requesting a cancellation this was in the month of September and within a few days my internet connection was cut off no one called me regarding my cancellation as they promised someone will.its only after my second email now in October that they claim they've been trying to reach me.They still took off a purchase for the month of October what exactly am I paying for when I don't have Internet????? All I want from them is my money back
