Nothing GOOD about MWEB Customer service CANCELLATIONS

MWEB customer service appears to be actively ignoring my monthly request to cancel an iAfrica email account that is hosted by MWEB. After a long search for The MWEB cancel product tab, my request was denied as I noted "the product is not currently active and can not be cancelled." I've also attempted to send notices of cancellation online to the MWEB customer service portal with no reply! Thus, I canceled my debit order (giving 30 days notice on the MWEB customer portal) and later received an email notice to pay up. I found an email address (***) in my online search for remedy to request feedback , but no reply was received to my request. MWEB this feels like sabotage and thievery!!! How do I cancel this account??? To Anyone reading this review, please let me know if you were able to cancel your IAfrica email account with MWEB and how you did it.... It remains a mystery to me.
