Not what they tell you....

After being with my previous ISP for years, there service levels have really dropped. So, I decided to move over to Mweb, i am on fiber and mweb advised everything happens in the background on the 1/9/2022 and I will not even notice the change over from ISP to ISP, i wake up this morning to be greeted with no internet and a Mweb landing page. I was put on hold for 30 mins before I was told "we never activated your account", well..... This is how it starts....
