Not sure if Rain or Telkom was ever as bad as Mweb

I have been struggling with intermittent connectivity for a while now and the last few days the connection has become worse up until the point today that there is o internet. I have been trying to get assistance but you either wait forever in their IVR and when finally getting to choose the option to speak to an agent, you are kept waiting forever. It's ironic when I initially enquiredabout signing up, they called me non stop every 30 mins amd I thought wow the service is good. Now that I have an issue, there is no support. This is totally unacceptable and my work is standing still.
