Not so great isp.

<p>Dear Mweb workers, please note this is not a personal thing towards you as employees at the company, more mweb that is not the best isp, I would almost put the company as low as telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>At least when I had to wait for over 30min with Telkom it was a free call. but here i spend alost Rr50-R100 on a call each time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now geting back to my formal complaint, I recently moved my line to a new premises, and since it was installed I've had 1 or two good days, but most of the time I'm getting about 1.3mbs, and im paying for a 6mbs line. aint that just great, ive asked for my line to be bumped up to no avail. I'm tired of having to spend almost 1k a month for something I'm not getting. And that is excluding all my airtime that i have to spend to get a hold of someone to complain about, MOST of the emplyees that I have spoken to where actually friendly, and that is probably the only reason I gave this company a 2 star review.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mweb Bosses please get this issue sorted, the problem here isn't your call center.</p>
