Not resolving problems and ignoring queries

I have been a customer for about 2 weeks, every night from about 7pm i get packet loss and slow internet, if i phone I get cut off when I get transferred, I have logged a bunch of queries with the first being 8days ago, they dont get answered. I will be cancelling my fiber with you and I will not pay a cent as you do not care to resolve my problem or answer my queries. I am on an Evotel group in Rustenburg, with everyone having the same problem who uses MWEB, the others with other ISP's have no problems. Pathetic
