Not processing cancellations and debiting your account indefinitely.

I contacted them over 4 months ago to cancel my subscription as I was moving from my place and will not be requiring their services. These people have been debiting my account regardless. When I would dispute Debit Order, they would double the amount the next month which would bypass the dispute. I am sick and tired because they also don't take calls.
