Not much pressure on Telkom

<p>2 Months ago "telkom " or contractors for Telkom Open serve and Bytes started upgrading lines and since then it seemed like my Mweb was throttled, I did the switching off and on thing worked at times. between 04-07-2016 and and 08-07-2016 a Telkom technition was working at the kiosk De Haviland and Dornier streets rebuilding or just stuffing up everything I dont know I contacted Mweb nearly every night between 11-15 July and every time the Mweb agent will tell me my line is dropping they reset the ports and half anh our to a hourlater same problem last night I reported to Mweb again because the last two days , Saturday and Sunday no internet and asked the agent to please report this to Telkom because Telkom provide Mweb with a service and would rather listen to a company then to a individual, and also send my a reference no I am still waiting I am not going to pay for the week I did not have internet because Mweb must sort out Telkom not me</p>
