Not interested in MWeb's promotional items yet they still call & mail

Recently logged a query to stop receiving calls and mails regarding promotional items or changing plans. The response was not helpful at all and still receive mails. On the mails they state that you can Unsubscribe which takes you to MWeb Login only. The boxes that I did see are all unchecked as well. In addition, in recent weeks the internet goes down for a few hours at a time.
