Not happy with MWEB at all

Poor communication and changing of amounts without telling me,I was charged R249 for order and after they installed, the next day I received the router and I was told to connect it on my own and again after connecting I was told to pay R360 for pro-rata and I wasn’t made aware when I was inquiring and it wasn’t even a week using the router then they disconnected saying I’m in arrears I must pay R360 plus the R465, I regret this MWEB WI-FI and I wasn’t told it’s a contract and I remember I told them I don’t want a contract and the agent agreed,as I’m writing I can’t work because the WI-FI is disconnected
