not happy

i signed up with there fiber mweb and was *****ed deducting dbl my instalment and then gets a sms my account is over due went to the bank to check it out bank said they recieved there money why would they over charge me i stopped it know they want to log me on the credit bereu they are unprofecional and cant even see to my queries but they want me to pay there signal is bad bad bad bad like there service
