Not getting what I'm paying for

Signed up for a 30/30 fibre line but have been getting 5/30 in the past few weeks. Reported this but still not fixed. Please may you have a look at this urgently as it will now start affecting how we work. Regularly need to hotspot from phone because it is so slow.
