Not getting any help...
Not getting any help in more than 2 weeks now,the fibre box was installed at my place but activation is taking ages now,why????

That delay, especially when everything appears ready, is understandably concerning. Please be assured that your activation is being attended to, and the team is working to finalise the process. Activation can sometimes take longer if there are pending steps between the network provider and system updates, but your case is being followed up to ensure it is completed as soon as possible.
