Not delivering on what i am paying for!Useless!!!!!!!

Useless. Mweb states they are working during lock down. Well they dont. They are ****ing useless. They charge me for a 20mb line but when its always running between 1 and 6mb during peak time. I call this *****ing from customers. I have sent a lot of screen shots of the speed since 03-04-2020 on the MY QUERIES but the useless team did not even respond to that. This better be sorted soon!!!!!!!!!
