Not Contactable

I have an account with Mweb and since 2 weeks I’m trying to call them and there’s no answer at their client services department. My account is now suspended and I would like to reconnect. I am calling Mweb since 11h30 today with no answer. The service I’m receiving is ********* I didn’t expect this from such a reputable company. Can someone please assist me as this is frustrating, please have empathy for your clients.
