Not Connecting

Online Fault reporting do not work. A report are created and then closed with reboot rooter and if problem continue call tech department. Tech Department, 12 attempt's to call them, 2 calls can not be connected due to tech error at mweb, 7 calls just drop, 3 calls got thru to the que and while i am in the Que the call drop. Wasted 3 hrs and still can not get the line fault logged
