Not connected but paid

Vuma installed the router and after they told me that on their side they are done. I received an email which contains wifi name and password from vuma. After 1 hour I received Whatsapp from mweb with wifi name different from the one received from vuma but the password is the same as vuma's. I talked to mweb agent and he told me to wait , but he dropped my phone. Tried to call again but no help. Charted with your agents but again I got no help. I logged on mweb app and it says I am connected . I don't have network but, Nd very disappointed. My number is ***
