Not canceled after canceling
I canceled my account in Jan 2026 because of bad service and still my account is not canceled. I keep calling and being promised they investigating and will come back to still nothing. This is the worse customer service I've ever experienced

We understand how frustrating this experience must be, especially after requesting cancellation in January and still seeing the matter unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and being told the issue is being investigated. This kind of delay is understandably disappointing, particularly when you expect clear closure on your account.
There is an open ticket reference MWB***8, and it can be seen that the Cancellations Team is currently awaiting feedback from the Finance Team. This matter has now been escalated to both the Finance and Cancellations Teams with a request for urgency to help speed up the resolution as soon as possible.
