Not allowed to Downgrade-only getting 300kb speed
I signed up for a 4mbps uncapped premium contract via the website on 12 July 2015, and I have not taken the free router, as per the website states Subject to a 6 month, fixed term contract if you opt for a free router\. I did not take the router as I did not want to be in a fixed 6 month contract.<br> <br> The product was activated on 20 July 2015
