Not actually providing a service

So R600 a month, if I miss a payment this **** place will shut down my service with in a heartbeat. Now I have a download speed of 3.28 megs? ***!!! Then you have to jump through 10 hoops to just get into your own account ont heir system so they dont have to actually assist. I have to pay with no problem otherwise I will have to pay but they can not provide the F...ing service that I have to pay for? This is why I this country is going to **** because companies can do what they want.
