Not acceptable!!!!!!!

Haven't had internet connection since last night! Was one a call with a tech person for 40 min trying different methods and then the call dropped. Tried calling back and wasted R50 airtine just to get transferred to a different department. I went on Twitter to complain and now they are saying that I will only be helped on Wednesday, so I must sit without internet for 5 more days, how amni supposed to work pr watch TV etc..

This is not acceptable!!!!!! I never miss a payment so this needs to be sorted out ASAP!!!!!!
