Not a single contact number works!!!

I have been trying to contact mweb for the past month to cancel my subscription. Not a single call centre number works! I've also tried online and on the app and it says I can't cancel it, I've got to phone the call centre. Please explain to me how I'm supposed to do that???!!!!
