Nonsense service

This is nonsense service provider, you log a call for fiber and they claim it can take up to 3 days to resolve, it is now over 5 days without internet and when you log a call, you in a queue for hours, I just literally spent 50.00 on airtime and I have not been assisted, how much should I spend? Then they further tell you you need a one time pin which they can only send to a certain registered number, this is nonsense of a service, I mean internet outage for 5 days and yet you pay full amount.
