NONSENSE ISP
If i could give them zero stars i would. I have received their wifi a week ago, on the first day it acted up. We woke up and the Wi-Fi disconnected on our phones, when we try reconnecting it said can't connect , we then switched of the router and fiber then it worked for one 10 - 30 minutes. The wifi disconnects again and its not discoverable meanwhile the light is green in 2.4G and 5G.
They have been clearing the line but nothing works and this things is a refurbished unit. I've been trying to get a new router from them to see if the problem persists. I want to cancel but now one is picking up my calls or answering on WhatApp and LiveChat.
Mweb stop sending smses for a person to verify while they are on a call with you, smses don't come through when one is on a call that should be common knowledge.
