Nonexistent service! You’re pathetic.

Your service is nonexistent. No customer service, none whatsoever. I opened a fibre account with you on 02 April 2020 and JODIE or whatever his name is, promised I’d get a call within 2 weeks. Waited till 21 April, then called to follow up. Was taken from pillar to post, have spent more than 5 hours now in total on the phone, most of it listening to your lousy music. Even tried calling Vumatel, just as useless as you are. CANCEL my order. If you dare deduct from my account for a service not done, I’m opening a law suit against MWEB. I’m tired of being bul**** by companies.
