None service

No service from MWEB, I have had internet for the second day today it was out since yesterday morning around 7 and mind you I work from home and I need to have a connection. I have called and it keeps cutting out as soon as reach someone. I eventually spoke to some for a good 5 min and the call cut out and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me back as I'm struggling with good connection as my Fibre is down and having to use a voip line and not airtime. My Fibre is still down not sure for much longer as no communication from mweb to their customers via email or telephone...I haven't canceled to join Afrihost yet because it's a drag to deal with mweb.
