NON-STOP SPAM SINCE YOUR MAIL MIGRATION IN JANUARY

When will this spam madness end? Been going on since your fabulous 'mail migration'! Don't tell me how to 'train' your system by religiously putting all this ******* into 'junk mail'. Been there. Done that. It is PATHETIC.

Hi Cecile, thank you for raising this, we can see how frustrating this must be, especially with it continuing since the mail migration despite already trying to manage it through junk settings. What you’re experiencing is often linked to how the migrated mail filtering rules are prioritising trusted routing over local spam classification. In some cases, simply marking messages as junk isn’t enough because existing migration rules or safe-list entries can override those actions. Before anything further is done at system level, there are a couple of direct steps that usually make a noticeable difference. It’s important to ensure there are no “safe sender” entries or legacy subscription rules carried over during the migration that may still be allowing these messages through. Creating a permanent block rule at mailbox level based on sender or subject line is also more effective than relying on spam training alone.  Kind regards,
