Non Service

Hi I this is my 2nd review.I have paid Mweb on 13 December(2024)n amount of r620 to reconnect my internet service.Still my service is Off from that time.And now I'm getting emails telling me to pay for this month even though I never got service for the whole of December.I tried to phone them since I made payment wasted well over r200 in airtime to get a hold of them.And Yes I have send them Proof of payment.What else can I do.
