Non service delivery.

I have been unfairly treated by Mweb, they were no longer able to provide the service to me, I stayed 2 months with no internet connection, while paying. The technicians came twice to my home and could not determine what the issue was. I spent money calling them every day to try and resolve the issue with no assistance. I was forced to get another service provider, due to them not being able to deliver the service. 4 months later , I am still being debited installation fees when they couldn't provide the service. Why should I be paying for a service I am not receiving? I left not by choice but because they simply could not evidently serve me anymore. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by Mweb and need them to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ASAP PLEASE.
