Non-satisfactory customer service

Everything is fine until you run into an issue. Their packages and fibre are at a good price and the internet is decent...but their customer service is extremely slow. The don't attend to your issues without you constantly having to remind them of an issue you had reported previously. Back in March, I called to let them know that the internet was not working at my location, they couldn't fix it for over 2weeks and they still charged me the full amount for internet I didn't even use. I'm glad I cancelled
