Non-responsive MWEB

Mweb promised that speed upgrades will be done by end December 2023. Still not done and it is almost February. I have called the horrid call center many times and there is never any answer. No one can help me. I reached out on X (aka Twitter), and still a fob off. I open a query and get no response for days, and then get a fob off response and told to call the tech center of which I try. No answer.

Desperate to talk to someone, I decided to cancel the account as I am sure someone would call me. Nope, nothing. I am back on the call center and waited for over 25 minutes to eventually get a ref. number: MWB***3.

If MWEB wants me to leave as a customer, I will. Just be direct and tell me and not stuff me around hoping that I will leave.
