Non Existing Service of Mweb

I am now in the second month of trying to get services for 1. New Office premises I have relocated) 2. For changing my home back to Mweb I have gone to the website, I have been holding on the line for Mweb to answer for the umpteenth time, I can recite the recording backwards, and I now have just had enough of wasting my time and money! I even took the trouble to go to their offices, as per their website, in Centurion, It has been closed for I do not now how long, and yet there it is on their website and they are" Mweb, A division of Internet Solutions Digital (Pty) Ltd." and may I say I have been a customer from the start. There are people who are prepared to help, and for them I am thankful, but can Mweb please define service and integrity to me!
