Non existent tech support

What Customer Service ?? I have an outage and cannot get hold of anybody , tech support supposed to be until 20h00 and been trying since 1845 … “ sorry we cannot assist right now “ … this is what you get when you pay top dollar prices for the last 30 years or so .. think twice before you contract with them !!!
