Non Existent Support - No Customer Care!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After reporting slow and intermittent internet connectivity every day since 10 August, still no response or assistance from this useless service provider. Trying to work from home is being made almost impossible, as ZOOM keeps cutting out due to "unstable connection". Paying for full speed, but only receiving 0-10% thereof!!! It's tantamount to paying for a full tank of petrol, but only receiving 1 litre!!!! Worst of all, when you try and get assistance - all the petrol attendants have disappeared!!!!!! How sad that they have just got too big for their boots.
