Non-existent service from Mweb

We had Mweb ADSL for more than 5 years...no problems. On the 30th of July they turned off our internet for NO reason. When we eventually got hold of a real person, they told us our contract was cancelled! We did not cancel and they could not see who did and why. No chance of re-instating over the weekend, we had to wait till Monday. Still no internet, no assistance and when we decided to go ahead with THEIR cancellation, they want to charge us 2 months notice, without connecting.the service!
