Non-existent service from Mweb

I've been sending emails to Mweb about the fact that my internet is intermittent. I also stressed the importance of having reliable internet as I do internet tutoring, which is an income for me. However, they don't bother to contact me although they have my email details and phone number. What a disastrous company!
