Non-existent Customer Support from MWEB

One star only because I do not have the option to give zero. Tried to upgrade my package online and was told to contact the sales team telephonically. Had to listen to a particularly annoying recording repeatedly until the phone cut out. Then tried to log the query online and was told an error had occurred, so I should call them.
