NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIKE ZERO!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Since Mweb has been bought by Webafrica their customer service is NON EXISTENT. Clearly! As not one of my reviews have been responded to. They have also blocked me on social media. Why? I am still trying to figure that out! Blocking customers on a social media platform just sends the wrong and worst message! MWEB the only reason we’re still customers of yours is it is simply too much effort to move to another service provider! Rather the devil you know, even though the devil has ZERO customer service/support !
